Technical Description
Door with clearly reversible leaf without top and bottom rabbet (Left & Right simultaneously).
Leaf: Perimeter frame made of fir wood with solid reinforcement in the lock and hinge areas. Core made of lightweight cardboard honeycomb impregnated with resin. MDF 40mm panel with CPL coating without varnish. Magnetic lock & two concealed hinges at the top and bottom. Thickness: 40mm. Design: Flat.
Frame: The frame consists of a central layer of fir wood pieces (frame plague). Perimeter polycarbonate anti-shock gasket. Hinges pre-installed and pre-drilled for assembly. Frame dimensions: 83mm-103mm & 123mm-143mm with extra charge. Extension of 80mm for other dimensions with additional cost. External dimensions: 68-73-78-83-88-93-98cm width x 214cm height. (Wall opening for installation: approximately +3cm width & +2cm height).
Architraves: MDF architraves, 80mm wide and 12mm thick for side frames, and 10mm wide and 8mm thick for the upper frame.
Magnetic Lock: Satin chrome magnetic lock (Be Two).
Concealed Hinges and Accessories: Self-lubricating assembled Hostaform hinges (1 fixed at the bottom – 1 spring-loaded at the top), made of black galvanized steel. Kit includes: frame assembly screws, key, & lock device.
Packaging: Leaf in a cardboard box, upper frame in a cardboard box, frame & architraves in a cardboard box. Packaging materials are 100% recyclable.
