Technical Description
Door Leaf:
Perimeter frame made of fir wood with solid reinforcement in the area of the lock and hinges. Core made of lightweight cardboard – honeycomb. Panels in 6mm MDF with a natural veneer coating. AGB lock & three hinges. Door thickness: 40mm. Design: Flat or with designs (semi-solid).
Frame:
The frame consists exclusively of pieces of fir wood (frame plague) and a PLC edge banding of 0.20mm in the veneer color for finishing.
Surrounding polycarbonate anti-collision gasket. 3 hinges and pre-drilled holes for assembly. Dimensions: 85mm – 110mm & 150mm with additional charge.
Extension of the frame by 80mm for any other dimension with additional charge. External frame dimensions: widths of 68-73-78-83-88-93-98cm × height of 214cm. (Add +3cm to width and +2cm to height for rough opening.)
Casing:
Frame casing of 65mm width with a thickness of 10mm and 23mm ear (or 33mm ear for greater wall coverage, with additional charge) for the side jambs and for the head casing (top jamb). Coating with a natural veneer of 0.20mm in the color Noce Tanganika.
Lock:
Satin chrome finish, and upon request, gold caps for the hinges.
Hinges and Accessories:
3 coaxial Anuba D13 hinges, male-female, satin chrome finish, and upon request, gold caps for the hinges. Kit includes: screws, key, locking device.
Packaging:
Door leaf in cardboard box, head casing in cardboard box, frame & jambs in cardboard box. The packaging materials are 100% recyclable.
