Technical Description

Door with clearly reversible leaf without top and bottom thresholds (Left & Right simultaneously).

Leaf:

• Perimeter frame made of fir wood with solid reinforcement in the area of the lock and hinges.
• Core made of lightweight honeycomb cardboard impregnated with resin.
• Panel in 4mm MDF with a five-layer water-based environmentally friendly paint in RAL colors.
• Magnetic lock and two hidden hinges at the top and bottom.
• Leaf thickness: 40mm.
• Design: Flat or with pantograph designs in 8mm HDF.

Frame:

• The frame consists of one central layer of fir wood pieces (frame plague).
• Perimeter polycarbonate anti-shock rubber.
• Hinges are installed with pre-drilling for assembly.
• Frame dimensions: 83mm-103mm & 123mm-143mm with an additional charge.
• Frame extension of 80mm for any other dimensions with an additional charge.
• External dimensions of the frame: 68-73-78-83-88-93-98cm width x 214cm height. (Building opening for installation: +3cm approximately in width +2cm approximately in height).

Casing:

• Made from plywood with a width of 85mm and a thickness of 12mm for side jambs, and a thickness of 10mm for the head casing.

Magnetic Lock:

• Satin chrome magnetic lock (Be Two).

Hidden Hinges and Accessories:

• Self-lubricating assembly hinges Hostaform (1 fixed at the bottom – 1 at the top with spring), made of black galvanized steel.
• Kit includes: Assembly screws for the frame, key & lock device.

Packaging:

• Leaf packaged in a cardboard box, head casing in a cardboard box, frame & casings in a cardboard box.
• Packaging materials are 100% recyclable.

Maintenance:

• Regular maintenance: Cleaning with a damp cloth or using non-abrasive detergents.
• Extraordinary maintenance: Recommended to be performed by trained individuals.
