Technical Description
Door with reversible leaf and no perimeter bottom rail. Certified sound insulation of 28.5 dB.
Leaf: Perimeter frame made of fir wood with solid reinforcement in the lock and hinge areas. Core specifically reinforced with FLEXBOARD. Panel in 4mm MDF with an environmentally friendly water-based paint in RAL colors, featuring five layers. Magnetic lock and two concealed hinges at the top and bottom. Leaf thickness: 40mm. Design: Flat or with pantograph designs.
Frame: The frame consists of a central layer made of fir wood pieces (frame plague). Surrounding polycarbonate anti-collision gasket. Installed hinges and pre-drilled holes for assembly. Frame dimensions: 73mm-103mm & 123mm with surcharge. Frame extension of 80mm for any other dimensions with surcharge. External frame dimensions: 68-73-78-83-88-93-98cm width × 214cm height. (Wall opening for installation: approximately +3cm in width and +2cm in height)
Casing: Plywood casings 85mm wide with a thickness of 12mm for side jambs and 10mm for the head casing (top casing).
Magnetic Lock: Satin chrome magnetic lock (Be Two).
Concealed Hinges and Accessories: Assembled self-lubricating hinges Hostaform (1 fixed at the bottom – 1 at the top with a spring), made of black galvanized steel. Kit includes: Assembly screws for the frame, key, and lock mechanism.
Packaging: Leaf in cardboard box, head casing in cardboard box, frame & casings in cardboard box. Packaging materials are 100% recyclable.
