Technical Description

Door Leaf: Made from white timber with dimensions of 36mm x 36.5mm (finger-jointed) with internal reinforcement at the lock area and the bottom of the door leaf. Two 4mm MDF sheets are covered with 0.2mm A’ quality laminate. Honeycomb core with a thickness of 37mm impregnated with resin. A 0.2mm A’ quality laminate edging in the color of the door leaf is glued on three sides.

Frame: Made from plywood with installed anti-collision gaskets, available in straight or oval shape. Frame thickness options are 10cm, 13cm, 15cm, 18cm, and 24cm. Larger dimensions are possible, with a 9cm extension and frame joints. Frame width dimensions available are (68, 73, 78, 83, 88, 93, 98cm).

Maximum height is 214cm (with a casing coverage of 220cm). Larger sizes can be manufactured upon request. The adhesives used are two-component (polyurethane) for enhanced moisture protection.

Casing: Snap-in 7.2cm from plywood in straight / MDF in oval.

Hinges: Three double-screw hinges with three adjustment options.

Lock: The door features an internal lock with 2 keys, available in nickel or gold finishes.
