Technical Description
Door with a reversible leaf without an upper threshold.
Leaf: Perimeter frame made of spruce wood with solid reinforcement in the lock and hinge areas. Core made of lightweight cardboard – honeycomb cardboard impregnated with resin. Two panels made of 44mm MDF with CPL coating without varnish. Lock with rubber tongue & three external hinges. Leaf thickness: 44mm. Design: Flat or with 8mm HDF pantograph designs.
Frame: The frame consists of one central layer of spruce wood pieces (frame plague). Perimeter polycarbonate rubber for impact resistance. Hinges are installed with pre-drilling for assembly. Frame dimensions: 80mm-100mm & 120mm-140mm with surcharge. Frame extension of 80mm for any other dimension with surcharge. External frame dimensions: 68-73-78-83-88-93-98cm width × 214cm height. (Opening for installation: +3cm approximately in width, +2cm approximately in height)
External Casings: MDF casings 80mm wide with a thickness of 10mm for the side jambs and 80mm wide with a thickness of 8mm for the head casing.
Internal Casings: MDF casings 65mm wide with a thickness of 10mm for the side jambs and 80mm wide with a thickness of 8mm for the head casing. CPL coating of 0.20mm in various colors.
Lock: Satin chrome lock with a rubber tongue for impact resistance.
Hinges and Accessories: Coaxial Anuba D13 male-female hinges in satin chrome.
Packaging: Door leaf in a cardboard box, head casing in a cardboard box, frame & casings in a cardboard box.
