Technical Description
Reversible door leaf without a perimeter rebate. Certified Sound Insulation of 28.5 dB.
Door Leaf:
Perimeter frame made of fir wood with solid reinforcement at the lock and hinge areas. Core specially reinforced with FLEXBOARD. 4mm MDF panel with environmentally friendly, water-based five-layer paint in RAL colors or natural veneer. Magnetic lock & two concealed hinges at the top and bottom. Door Leaf Thickness: 40mm. Design: Flat or with glass for models E1 & E2.
Frame:
The frame is composed of one central layer of fir wood pieces (frame plague). Perimeter polycarbonate impact-resistant seal. Pre-installed hinges and pre-drilling for assembly. Frame dimensions: 73mm-103mm & 123mm with surcharge. Frame extension of 80mm for any other dimension with surcharge. External frame dimensions: 68-73-78-83-88-93-98cm width X 214cm height. (Wall opening for installation: approximately +3cm in width and +2cm in height)
Architraves:
Plywood architraves 85mm wide with a thickness of 12mm for side pieces and 80mm wide with a thickness of 10mm for the lintel (header).
Magnetic Lock:
Chrome satin magnetic lock (Be Two).
Concealed Hinges and Accessories:
Self-lubricating concealed hinges Hostaform (1 fixed at the bottom – 1 spring-loaded at the top), made of black galvanized steel. Kit includes: Frame assembly screws, key & lock system.
Packaging:
Door leaf in cardboard box, Header in cardboard box, Frame & Architraves in cardboard box. Packaging materials are 100% recyclable.
