Door Leaf: Constructed from white wood measuring 36mm x 36.5mm (finger-jointed) with internal reinforcement at the lock area and the bottom of the door leaf. It includes two 4mm-thick MDF sheets, veneered with premium-grade natural wood veneer. The core is a 37mm-thick honeycomb structure impregnated with resin. The edges are covered with high-quality natural veneer matching the color of the door leaf and adhered on three sides.
Frame: Made from plywood with anti-impact rubber seals, available in straight or oval shapes. Frame thickness dimensions range from 10cm to 24cm. Larger frame sizes are available with a 9cm extension and frame jointing. Frame width options: 69cm, 74cm, 79cm, 84cm, 89cm, 94cm, and 99cm. Maximum height is 214cm (with 220cm coverage using an architrave). Custom sizes are also available upon request. The adhesives used are two-component (polyurethane) for enhanced moisture resistance.
Architraves: Snap-on 7.2cm, available in straight plywood or oval MDF.
Hinges: Three double-screwed adjustable hinges, offering three adjustment settings.
