Door Leaf: Constructed from white timber (finger-jointed) with dimensions of 36mm x 36.5mm, featuring internal reinforcements at the lock area and the bottom of the door leaf.
The door includes 2 MDF sheets with a thickness of 4mm, coated with 0.2mm high-quality laminate. The core consists of a 37mm honeycomb structure impregnated with resin. High-quality 0.2mm laminate edge banding is applied on three sides of the door leaf, matching its color.
Frame: Made from plywood and equipped with anti-impact rubber seals, available in either flat or oval shapes. The frame thickness ranges from 10cm to 13cm & 15cm to 18cm or 24cm (with additional cost). Extensions of 9cm and frame junctions are possible for larger sizes. Frame width options: 68cm, 73cm, 78cm, 83cm, 88cm, 93cm, 98cm. Maximum height: 214cm (coverable up to 220cm with molding). Larger dimensions can be custom-made upon request. The adhesives used are two-component polyurethane for better moisture resistance.
Moldings: Clip-on moldings, 7.2cm wide, made of plywood for flat designs or MDF for oval shapes.
Hinges: Three double screw-on hinges with three-way adjustment capability.
Lock: The door is equipped with an internal lock with 2 keys, available in nickel or gold finishes.
